• All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is successfully completed. We use Nz Post Overnight Signature Required, standard tracked service at your cost.
• NZ Post parcels are normally delivered overnight if ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri. Our next-day delivery service is not available on Friday after 2pm, weekends and public holidays or for rural deliveries. For rural deliveries you should allow 3 working days.
• If you require your delivery for a Saturday you can select this for an additional fee. The Saturday delivery service is not available for rural deliveries and orders need to be placed before 2pm.
• Any delivery date given by us will be only an estimate of the time we will try to meet, and we will not be liable for any costs, loss, damages, charges, or other expenses caused by late delivery. We recommend reaching out to NZ Post and quoting your tracking number directly with them.
• If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact NZ Post and Superior Hair immediately as it is much easier to find lost or missing parcels within a few days of sending them than several weeks later.
Please note: While we pay for overnight shipping via NZ Post, the final delivery is managed by them. Although they usually fulfill this service on time, there can occasionally be delays that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend contacting NZ Post directly if you experience any delays, as we cannot take responsibility for them once the package is with the courier.
